Double Win for Dealmakers at Tughans

Tughans was named Corporate Law Firm of the Year and Managing Partner Ian Coulter lifted the coveted Dealmaker of the Year award.
The awards, based on nominations submitted by key funders, advisers and others in the local business community, were presented in front of a 200-strong audience at Belfast's Europa Hotel.
The firm has helped to broker some of Northern Ireland's largest and most significant corporate deals over recent years, while Ian has an established reputation as one of the leading players in the corporate community, specialising in international mergers and acquisitions as well as venture capital transactions.
