Anna Beggan graduated from Queen's University, Belfast in Law. She joined Tughans as a Partner in June 2006 to head up the Employment Team.
Anna has substantial experience in advising clients on all aspects of employment law to include advising on employment issues arising out of the acquisition and merger of businesses. She also advises and represents clients when appearing before the Industrial Tribunals and the Fair Employment Tribunal and in High Court.
Anna is also an accredited Mediator, having been assessed through a Workplace Mediation Skills Programme in accordance with the standards required for a certified member of the Mediators Institute of Ireland.
Anna is a committee member of the Employment Lawyers’ Group, and a Tutor in Employment Law at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies.
