Barbara Creed graduated from The University of Ulster in 2003 and is a Director in the Commercial Litigation / Alternative Dispute Resolution department.
Barbara has in excess of eight years’ experience of running complex contentious matters arising mainly, but not exclusively, in the following areas:
Contentious real estate, professional negligence, construction law, contract law, planning law, public law, company law.
In recent times Barbara has seen her practice grow, in particular, in the areas of contentious real estate and professional negligence.
Barbara is regularly in attendance at The High Court in Belfast, conducting high value and high profile legal actions, for a range of public and private clients. She prides herself on, listening carefully to and, understanding clients’ objectives in order to obtain them the most cost effective and commercially sensible outcomes.

• Acting for Northern Ireland Housing Executive in a major real estate dispute concerning a Development Agreement
• Acting for various purchasers in a dispute concerning the James Clow Development in Belfast
• Acting for Castlereagh Borough Council in a complex professional negligence action
