Fearghal O'Loan is a graduate in Law with French from the Queen's University, Belfast, and completed his LPC at the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice before training with Norton Rose in London. On qualification as a Solicitor in 2004, Fearghal worked in that firm's Finance and Restructuring Team before joining Tughans in 2005.
Fearghal has acted for both lending institutions and borrowers on a range of banking work including cross-border matters. He deals with all aspects of finance, banking and security work.
