Originally from Wales and a fluent Welsh Speaker, Giles is a graduate of The University of Wales in Bangor and subsequently The College of Law in Chester. Giles completed his legal training in a large regional practice in North Wales in January 2010 and subsequently worked as a Commercial Property Solicitor in a large specialist Commercial Law firm in North West England. Giles joined the Commercial Property Department of Tughans in January 2012.
Giles acts in all aspects of Commercial Property, having acted for a wide range of clients including national and international PLC’s, public bodies and charities as well as on behalf of individuals in both acquisitions and disposals. Giles also specialises in security work, acting on behalf of lenders and borrowers in all property aspects of bank finance.
In addition, Giles specialises in commercial Landlord and Tenant matters acting on behalf of both Landlords and Tenants.
