John-George Willis was admitted as a Solicitor in 1984 following a Bachelor of Laws degree at Queen's University, Belfast. He joined Tughans in 1987 and became a Partner five years later.
Today he leads the Corporate Department, bringing to it an extensive knowledge of mergers and acquisitions and management buy-outs particularly in the energy, ICT and agribusiness sectors. He also advises several companies on corporate governance issues, from time to time attending board meetings in support of the directors.
In addition, John-George is a visiting lecturer in Company Law at Queen's University, Belfast.
