John Mills graduated from Brunel University in 1976 with a Bachelor of Laws degree and was admitted as a Solicitor in 1982. He joined Tughans in 1984 and became a Partner four years later.
John's expertise in all aspects of commercial property extends to development agreements, commercial leasing, licensing agreements, option agreements, acquisition and disposal of commercial properties. John advises banks, financial houses and borrowers on the appropriate structure, documentation and security concerning all aspects of lending.
His expertise also covers liquor licensing where he acts for a leading Northern Ireland retailer, hotel operators and restaurateurs, in connection with all licensing matters including the granting of new licences.
