Kerry McCorkell is a graduate in Law from Queen's University, Belfast. She joined Tughans as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2004 and upon qualification was appointed to the Technology Department.
Between September and December 2007, Kerry undertook a period of secondment with the Legal Department of Lagan Technologies Limited, one of the firm's longstanding IT clients.
Kerry specialises in commercial law and in particular advises clients in relation to the following areas:
- Technology;
- Intellectual Property;
- General Commercial;
- Public Procurement and Freedom of Information/Data Protection.
Kerry has acted for a wide variety of clients including public sector and non-departmental public bodies, University spin out companies, PLCs and a range of indigenous IT suppliers and customers.
