Patrick Connolly graduated in Law from Queen's University, Belfast in 1999 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2001. After a year travelling through South East Asia, Australia, New Zealand and North America, he joined Tughans in 2002 as a member of the Litigation Team.
He was appointed as a Partner in April 2011.
Paddy has significant experience defending clients in public liability claims, employer's liability claims, road traffic accidents and health and safety prosecutions. He has also developed a particular expertise in handling recovery actions on behalf of insurers and their policyholders.
In addition, Paddy represents the NIHE and a number of housing associations in their ejectment litigation and has represented clients in Education Appeals Tribunal.
