Acquisition Finance
Tughans has a well-established acquisition finance practice with banks, lenders and management teams amongst its clients. The firm has advised in connection with a large number of management buy-outs, management buy-ins and leveraged buy-outs and together our Banking and Corporate Departments can offer seamless advice in relation to the financing and implementation of these types of transaction.

Commercial Property Finance
Banking and finance are essential components of most commercial property transactions. The firm has wide experience in this area of law and has acted for a variety of major UK and European Lending Institutions in all aspects of such transactions. The firm has advised in relation to transactions involving properties in England as well as Northern Ireland.

Financing of PFI/PPP Projects
Tughans has been developing its PFI/PPP practice since 1996 when we advised the successful bidder for the first PFI project to be signed in Northern Ireland. Since then the firm has been involved in a variety of PFI/PPP projects in Northern Ireland, acting for a range of clients.
