• Advising Bank of Scotland (Ireland) Limited on the construction and funding of the Obel Tower at Donegall Quay, Belfast.
• Advising Ilex on the master planning and development of a technology and knowledge park on the northern fringes of Derry City Centre.
• Acting for Tesco Stores Limited in relation to a dispute with a local property developer under a development agreement.
• Acting as legal adviser to Tesco Stores Limited in the purchase of various new store sites in Northern Ireland and the subsequent development and construction thereof.
• Advised a property owner on the demolition and construction of a landmark office building in the centre of Belfast and the subsequent change of user to retail throughout.
• Advised the Northern Ireland Housing Executive on the NEC Framework Contract employed for Multi-Element Improvement Works for the refurbishment of flats over five phases. Also panel solicitors for the Northern Ireland Housing Executive representing their interests in building contract disputes, adjudications and arbitrations.
• Advising Meridian Utilities Limited on a £50million water and sewerage network services contract with Northern Ireland Water where Meridian have contracted to repair and maintain the water and sewerage network throughout Northern Ireland.
• Advising Diageo on the extension of Erneside Shopping Centre, Enniskillen and Centenary Investments on renovations to Castle Centre, Antrim.
• Advising Genova North West Limited on the construction aspects of the acquisition of a partly constructed retail park at Crescent Link, Londonderry.
• Advising Murdocks on the construction aspects of new nursing homes in Northern Ireland.
• Advising Belfast Harbour Commissioners on the re-development of Titanic Quarter, Belfast for mixed use residential and office space.
• Advising Electronic Display Services on a large video screen installation contract at Piccadilly Circus, London.
• Acting for the South Eastern Education and Library Board in the defence of a building contract arbitration brought by a local building contractor.
