• Acting for the South Eastern Education & Library Board in the defence of a building contract arbitration brought by a local building contractor.
• Acted for Creagh Concrete Products Limited in the defence of a private nuisance action brought against the company seeking an Injunction in respect of alleged noise and dust.
• Acting for Resource in relation to a dispute over a tender process conducted under the Public Contracts Regulations.
• Acted for Tesco in relation to a dispute with a local property developer under a Development Agreement.
• Panel Solicitors for the Police Ombudsman for Northern Ireland.
• Currently acting for a company in the utilities sector to restrain an ex employee from using confidential information obtained in the course of his employment. The action has required an application for an injunction in NI and further enforcement action in the federal court of the USA.
• Currently acting for a private client in a fraud action against a firm of Solicitors and others.
• Currently acting for a company based in the Republic of Ireland who is seeking to recover its investment in a Northern Irish company following a breach of agreement.  This action has involved an application for a Court Order freezing assets.
• Advising a major Northern Ireland Health & Social Services Trust in relation to a dispute arising out of an alleged breach of a PFI Agreement.
• Represented a number of directors in the defence of disqualification proceedings commenced by the Department of Enterprise Trade & Investment.
• Acted for Invest Northern Ireland against a number of local companies seeking recovery of grant and loan monies provided under letters of offer.
• Currently acting for McCambridge Duffy, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, in a long running High Court action arising out of a liquidation where there is a dispute over assets.
• Acted for Manitowoc in High Court proceedings issued by them relating to a breach of contract claim arising out of the sale and supply of a crane.

• Acting for First Title Insurance who are the largest provider of title insurance in the UK and Europe in relation to a dispute over title to land involving an issue over adverse possession.
