• Advised Marks & Spencer plc on the transfer within the M&S Group of a large out of town retail park in Lisburn, Northern Ireland.

• Advised Huhtamaki UK Limited on the sale and leaseback of factory premises in Portadown, Northern Ireland.

• Advising Meridian Utilities Limited on a £50million water and sewerage network services contract with Northern Ireland Water where Meridian have contracted to repair and maintain the water and sewerage network throughout Northern Ireland.
