Construction
Tughans' Construction unit is made up of lawyers with experience of procurement, commercial property, commercial litigation, banking and corporate law. Our service covers contentious and non-contentious matters relevant to the construction industry. We provide advice to developers, both in the private and public sector, contractors, consultants and industry experts. The firm has represented clients in High Court and County Court litigation, arbitration, and adjudication under the Construction Contracts (NI) Order 1997. Although we will adopt an aggressive approach to contentious work we are conscious that disputes can become protracted and costly. Consequently we offer experience in mediation as a form of alternative dispute resolution where appropriate.
