James joins Tughans from a local law firm where he was also a partner.  His expertise is in all areas of commercial property including advising both major public and private companies on the acquisition, development and disposal of both sites and investment properties.  He also acts for both landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions, including rent reviews, and has acted for banks and financial institutions.  James has also experience of both insolvency law and liquor licensing.
