Neasa Quigley
 Neasa Quigley is a graduate of Trinity College, Dublin. Following university, she joined William Fry Solicitors in Dublin where she was appointed an Associate in 2000. Neasa moved to Tughans in February 2001, becoming a Partner in April 2003.
Neasa represents clients from a broad spectrum of business sectors and specialises in advising on management buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, company reconstructions and venture capital investments. She also advises on trading and commercial law issues for corporate clients. Neasa is recognised in Chambers UK, A Client's Guide to the Legal Profession, as a leader in Corporate Finance More generally Neasa is a visiting tutor in Company Law at Queen's University, Belfast.
