A graduate in Law from the University of Dundee, James Donnelly trained with Pictons Solicitors in England before joining Tughans as an Assistant Solicitor in 2002. Working in the firm's Corporate Department, James is involved in management buyouts, the sales and acquisitions of companies and in venture capital funding projects.
