Vicky Dummigan
 Vicky Dummigan is a graduate of Lancaster University. She joined Tughans as a Trainee Solicitor and was appointed as an Associate Solicitor in the firm's Corporate Department in 2002.
Vicky specialises in advising on mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs, venture capital and private equity investments. More generally, she advises on a range of commercial and shareholder matters and corporate governance issues. Vicky is named in Chambers UK, A Client's Guide to the Legal Profession 2008, as a leader in Corporate Finance. "Efficient, thorough and capable" Vicky Dummigan is "reliable and great to deal with," note peers. (Chambers UK 2008).
