Killian Margey
 Killian Margey graduated from NUI Galway with a BA (Hons) in 1992 and with an LLB (Hons) in 1995. He gained experience working for a number of international law firms in Europe, the European Commission in Brussels and for a large multinational's in-house legal department in the United States. Killian joined the Corporate Department of Tughans in October 2003 from William Fry Solicitors, Tughans' sister firm in Dublin, becoming a Partner in April 2006. He has responsibility for the day-to-day running of the firm's Derry Office.
Killian specialises in corporate law having advised a large number of Irish technology companies, during his time with William Fry Solicitors in Dublin. He has also worked in areas of funding (acting for both companies and venture capitalists), mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, IPOs and general corporate compliance matters.
