Adrian O'Connell
 Adrian O'Connell is head of Tughans' Technology and Projects practice.
Technology - Adrian specialises in the areas of intellectual property, technology, freedom of information and data protection, providing advice and assistance on the protection and exploitation of intellectual property assets in a diverse range of sectors, including, technology, media and sport. Adrian has wide exposure to the Northern Irish Technology environment, and his practice draws leading clients from both the private and public sectors. Projects - Adrian specialises in the areas of contract and procurement, providing advice and assistance on a wide range of commercial arrangements, from strategic planning and negotiation of contracts to deal implementation and contract management. This practice has a particular focus on distributorship, agency and outsourcing. Adrian holds a Primary and Masters degree in law and has lectured at Queen's University, Belfast.
