Phyllis Agnew graduated from Queen Mary College, London University in 1976 with a Bachelor of Laws degree. She joined Tughans in 1981, becoming a Partner in 1988. Phyllis heads the firm's Property Department and has extensive knowledge and experience of all aspects of commercial property transactions. She has been involved in many high-profile property transactions, working with and advising developers and institutions involved in major projects. She advised a number of bidders in connection with some of the first projects in Northern Ireland under the Private Finance Initiative and has advised clients from both the public and private sector in relation to projects under the Public Private Partnership. She was once again named in the independent Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession as a leader in the field of real estate. |
