John Mills graduated from Brunel University in 1976 with a Bachelor of Laws degree and was admitted as a solicitor in 1982. He joined Tughans in 1984 and became a Partner four years later. John's expertise in all aspects of commercial property extends to development agreements, commercial leasing, licensing agreements, option agreements, acquisition and disposal of commercial properties. John advises banks, financial houses and borrowers on the appropriate structure, documentation and security concerning all aspects of lending. John is included in Chambers UK, A Client's Guide to the Legal Profession 2007, as a leader in the field of Real Estate.
