David McDonnell
 David McDonnell is a graduate of Queen's University, Belfast and completed the Legal Practice Course at Chester. He trained with Cobbetts LLP, Manchester and joined Tughans in October 2003 on qualification.
David specialises in commercial property, advising both Landlords and Tenants on Commercial Leases and Rent Review provisions. He advises on the sale and purchase of commercial property in England and Wales and also acts for banks putting security in place over both Northern Irish and English properties
