Peter D. McGarvey graduated in Law (LL.B) from Queen's University Belfast in 1998. He qualified as a Solicitor in 2000. Peter is based in the firm's Property Department and has considerable experience advising on all aspects of commercial property and development including acquisition, financing, leasing, property management and disposal of office, retail, industrial and warehousing accommodation. Peter is a member of the firm's Construction Team and specialises in the construction aspects of property transactions advising developers, property owners and purchasers on building and sub-contracts, professional team appointments and the provision of collateral warranties to third parties. Peter also takes a keen interest in sports and besides having completed a trek in the Sahara for Action Cancer, is a regular in one of the firm's relay teams at the annual Belfast Marathon. |
