Victoria O'Hara
 Victoria O'Hara graduated in law (LLB) from Queen's University Belfast in 2001 and joined Tughans as a trainee the same year. She was admitted as a solicitor in 2003 becoming Associate in 2004.
Based in the firm's Property Department, Victoria acts for both Landlord and Tenant in the negotiation of commercial leases for retail office and industrial use. She also has experience acting on behalf of the Landlords of a number of shopping centres in Northern Ireland. Victoria has acted in preparation of Property due diligence in corporate transactions. Victoria is also a member of the firm's Environmental and Planning Sub-Group and is the current secretary of the Environmental and Planning Law Association of Northern Ireland (EPLANI)
