Eamonn Ward
 Eamonn Ward is a graduate of NUI Galway. Eamonn joined the Property department of Tughans in September 2005 from Dublin firm McCann FitzGerald where he worked since he qualified as a solicitor in 1996.
Eamonn specialises in commercial property. He acts for landlords and tenants in the negotiation of leases of office, retail and industrial space as well as acting for vendors and purchasers in the sale and acquisition of commercial premises. His work also involves dealing with the property aspects of the disposal of businesses. Eamonn holds a dual qualification enabling him to practice in both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
