David graduated from the Queen's University of Belfast in 1973 and was admitted as a solicitor in 1976. A Partner in Tughans since 1999, David was formerly Senior Partner in Ronald Rosser & Co in Lurgan, until the merger of the two firms. Practising since 1976 and specialising in Defence Litigation, he has developed considerable experience in all areas of insurance work in the High Court and County Court (Motor, Public Liability and Employers' Liability) acting for a broad range of insurance clients. His work is concerned with personal injuries and occupational illness and disease, commercial claims and defence of Health and Safety prosecutions and advice to industry in connection with associated Health and Safety issues. David heads the Lurgan office.
