Patrick Brown has been with Tughans since qualification in 1999 and he became a Partner in the Litigation Department in 2006. He specialises in advising and representing clients' interests in a range of contentious matters including cases involving Employer's Liability, Public Liability and Product Liability. Patrick has a special interest where fraudulent activity is suspected in contentious environmental claims and environmental advisory work. He is responsible for the development of the firm's Sports Law Unit. Patrick's outside interests include the participation in a number of sports. Until his retirement from international hockey at the end of April 2008, he was Captain of the Irish Hockey Team.
