 | Neil Cahill attended Queen's University, Belfast from where he graduated in 2000 with a degree (LLB) in Law and Politics. Neil joined Tughans as a Pupil in 2000 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2002. Since qualification Neil has been based in the Litigation Department where his workload consists mainly of defence civil litigation in the County Court and High Court, particularly in relation to road traffic accidents, public and employers' liability. Neil frequently represents clients in the County Court, High Court, RM's Courts and at Appeal Tribunals. He has a certificate in Advanced Avocacy.
