Neil Smyth graduated from Queen's University, Belfast with a LLB degree in Law and Politics in 2000.

He qualified as a solicitor in 2002 and joined the litigation department at Tughans in October 2005.

He has experience of County Court and High Court litigation consisting of RTAs, employers' liability, public liability and occupiers' liability.
