Rebecca Licence graduated in Law (LLB) from Queen's University Belfast and went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Chester. Rebecca joined Tughans in 2004 where she completed her training and qualified into the firm's Property Department. Rebecca advises both Landlord and Tenant in relation to commercial leases and Vendor and Purchaser on the sale and acquisition of commercial property in England and Wales and Northern Ireland. Rebecca acts on behalf of banks and lending institutions advising on the property aspects of property finance transactions and also advises investors in the sale and purchase of English residential property. Rebecca is a member of the firm's Construction Team and advises on building and sub-contracts, professional team appointments and the provision of collateral warranties to third parties on behalf of developers, property owners and purchasers. |
