Anna Beggan graduated from Queen's University Belfast in Law. She joined Tughans as a Partner in June 2006 to head up the employment team.
Anna has substantial experience in advising clients on all aspects of employment law to include advising on employment issues arising out of the acquisition and merger of businesses. She also advises and represents clients when appearing before the Industrial Tribunals and the Fair Employment Tribunal.
Anna is a committee member of the Employment Lawyers’ Group; Law Society representative on the Industrial Tribunal and Fair Employment Tribunal Users Group; and Tutor in Employment Law at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies.
In the UK Legal 500 (2008), Anna is described as a ‘true employment expert’.
