After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, David Mawhinney moved to Bermuda where he spent several years with Price Waterhouse. Returning to Belfast in 1983 he worked in industry for six years before joining Tughans as Partnership Secretary. In 1999 David was appointed Finance Director with overall responsibility for the accounting function, the IT system and the Practice Management System. This role ensures that the solicitors within the firm have essential management information at their fingertips and are better served to meet clients' needs. |
