Kenneth Garvey is a graduate of Trinity College, Dublin and qualified as a solicitor in September 2003, having trained at a large Belfast firm. He worked in the corporate department of that firm until he joined Tughans in July 2006. Now working in Tughans' Corporate Department, he advises on a range of corporate law matters such as company sales and acquisitions, shareholder agreements and reorganisations of groups of companies. |
