John McGuckian is a graduate in Law from the University of Manchester and went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Chester. After training with City of London Law firm, Nabarro Nathanson, John moved to Sydney where he worked in the Corporate Advisory Department of Gilbert + Tobin, a leading Australian firm. John joined the Corporate Department at Tughans as a Solicitor in March 2007. He is involved in the sales and acquisitions of companies, joint ventures, shareholder matters and commercial law issues for corporate clients.
