 | Ciara Dooris obtained an honours degree in law from Trinity College Dublin in 1998 and qualified as a solicitor in 2002. She worked in the Employment Department of a leading Dublin law firm from 2002 until joining the employment team in Tughans in January 2007. Ciara advises on all aspects of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious including recruitment, contracts of employment, employment policies, disciplinary and grievance procedures, compromise agreements and advises in relation to unfair dismissal, discrimination, working time and payment of wages claims and in relation to employment law aspects of sales and acquisitions including TUPE matters.
