David McClean graduated from the University of Ulster in 2004 with a degree in Law with Economics. He qualified as a Solicitor in September 2006 and joined Tughans in April 2007. David's main area of practice is litigation within the jurisdiction of the County Court and he has experience of insurance company outlay recovery, personal injury claims and ejectment actions. David has further experience in domestic conveyancing, preparation of Wills and administration of estates
