Managing Partner, Grahame Loughlin graduated from Queen's University, Belfast with a Bachelor of Laws degree. He joined Tughans in 1976, becoming a Partner in 1981. Grahame has a wealth of experience of litigation in Northern Ireland's High Court, principally on behalf of insurers in the field of personal injury. He has considerable experience in the commercial field representing Plaintiffs and Defendants in the Commercial Court. Grahame's expertise also extends to employment law where he is mainly concerned with Industrial and Fair Employment Tribunal actions issuing from claims of unfair dismissal, discrimination and breach of contract. Grahame has also provided advice and preparation for hearings, and in numerous tribunal actions has acted as advocate. He is described in the 2008 Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession as being "first class, straightforward and diligent" and is recognised by the Guide as being a leader in the field of personal injury (mainly defendant). |
