Senior Partner, Grahame Loughlin graduated from Queen's University, Belfast with a Bachelor of Laws degree. He joined Tughans in 1976, becoming a Partner in 1981.

Grahame has a wealth of experience of litigation in Northern Ireland's High Court, principally on behalf of insurers in the field of personal injury. He has considerable experience in the commercial field representing Plaintiffs and Defendants in the Commercial Court.

He is described in the 2008 Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession 2008 as being "first class, straightforward and diligent" and is recognised by the Guide as being a leader in the field of personal injury (mainly defendant).
