Rhys Jones graduated in law from the University of Dundee where he completed his Diploma in Legal Practice before going on to train with a large Scottish multi-practice firm. He specialised in corporate and commercial work in that firm until joining Tughans in September 2007. Now working in the Corporate Department in Tughans, Rhys is involved in a range of corporate law matters such as the sales and acquisitions of companies, reorganisations of groups of companies, joint ventures, shareholder matters and commercial law issues for corporate clients. |
