Sharon McArdle studied at Queen's University Belfast, where she graduated in with a degree (LLB) in Law. She joined Tughans as a legal executive in 2002 and completed the Legal Practice Course at the DeMontford University, Leicester in 2006, graduating with distinction. She qualified as a solicitor in October 2007. Sharon is based in the firm's Employment Law Department and advises clients on all aspects of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious.
