Catherine McGuinness is a graduate in Law with French from the Queen's University of Belfast. She joined Tughans as an appentice solicitor in September 2005 and qualified in 2007. Catherine specialises in banking and finance and acts for lenders and borrowers on all aspects of secured and unsecured lending, primarily in respect of property finance and acquisition finance, including taking and perfecting cross-border security. |
