Neasa Quigley is a graduate of Trinity College, Dublin. Following university, she joined William Fry Solicitors in Dublin where she was appointed an Associate in 2000. Neasa moved to Tughans in February 2001, becoming a Partner in April 2003.

Neasa represents clients from a broad spectrum of business sectors and specialises in advising on mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts, joint ventures, company reconstructions and fundraisings. Neasa was the founding chairperson of Northern Ireland’s Company and Commercial Lawyers’ Group and is a visiting tutor in Company Law at Queen's University, Belfast.

Neasa is recognised in Chambers UK, A Client's Guide to the Legal Profession 2008, as a leader in corporate finance and is ‘viewed as "straightforward and pleasant to work with" by the market’.
