Neil Cahill attended Queen's University, Belfast from where he graduated in 2000 with a degree (LLB) in Law and Politics. Neil qualified as a Solicitor with Tughans in 2002 and became a Director in 2010.
Neil’s workload consists mainly of defence civil litigation in the relation to road traffic accidents, public and employers' liability claims. Neil also has wide experience in the Travel Law field representing large tour operators in the defence of claims made under the Package Travel Regulations. He frequently represents clients in the County Court, High Court, Magistrates Courts and at appeal tribunals. He has a certificate in Advanced Advocacy.
