John is Director of business development at Tughans and has fourteen years marketing and business development experience spanning the financial services, accountancy, consultancy and legal industries. A qualified member of both the Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM, DipM) and the Institute of Bankers in Ireland (LIB), he is also a graduate of the University of Ulster, where he received a BA (Hons) in Asian Business Studies.
Before joining Tughans, John was director of marketing & business development at leading Dublin law firm, Mason Hayes+Curran. Prior to this he was the senior marketing manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Belfast; marketing services manager for Bank of Ireland (NI); and spent five years working in various marketing roles for the Northern Bank and its parent at that time, National Australia Bank. John's career to date has also seen him spend time living and working in London, Hong Kong and Dublin.
