Phyllis has been with Tughans for 36 years and has been a partner since 1988. She has been head of Real Estate in the firm since 1993 and was appointed Senior Partner in 2011.
Phyllis has a wealth of experience in all aspects of commercial property transactions with a particular expertise in development. She also advises institutions and property companies in relation to property investment transactions including forward purchase and sale and leaseback arrangements of single assets and larger property portfolios. She has been consistently ranked as a “leading individual” in real estate by Chambers Directory for nearly two decades.
