Tughans has further strengthened its market-leading Real Estate team with the appointment of Catriona Sharkey as Of Counsel.

 

Catriona joins Tughans from Sheehan in Dublin, bringing more than 15 years’ specialist experience advising on a broad range of commercial property matters across both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. She has acted for developers, investors, institutions and corporate occupiers on high-value transactions, large-scale developments and complex real estate projects.

 

Her expertise includes commercial acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development site assembly, property finance, and portfolio management. Catriona also has significant experience advising on real estate aspects of corporate transactions and cross-border projects.
