Tughans has advised Made to Engage on its acquisition by UNRVLD. Made to Engage, a commerce specialist and Optimizely Platinum partner, brings extended skills and a roster of brands to the UNRVLD group, including New Era Cap, Energia Group, Permanent TSB and Eason.

 

Founded in 2011, Made to Engage also has offices in Dublin and Amsterdam, and its 60-strong team enhances the newly enlarged agency to a headcount exceeding 250 across eight locations between the UK and Ireland.

 

UNRVLD, UK-based full-service digital agency that helps brands grow through creating enhanced digital experiences. The business plans to use Made to Engage’s offices in Belfast, Dublin and Amsterdam to widen its European reach.

 

The Tughans team was led by corporate partner, John McGuckian, with support from Brendan Donnelly (corporate associate director) and Kate Loughran (finance & restructuring associate).

 

Commenting on the deal, Made to Engage chief executive Steven Cassin said:
