Tughans has advised Whiterock Growth Capital Fund on its minority equity investment in Mantis, a Belfast-based technology company specialising in AI-powered fleet camera systems and risk intelligence software.

 

Mantis develops advanced multi-camera solutions combined with predictive analytics to help fleet operators improve driver safety, reduce collisions and manage risk. The investment will support the company’s continued growth and international expansion, particularly in North American and European markets.

 

As part of the transaction, Graham Ferguson, Investment Director at Whiterock and former CFO of First Derivatives, will join the board of Mantis.
