Joe specialises in in the full range of commercial real estate advice – to include commercial leasing, acquisitions & disposals, property finance and transactional work in an insolvency context.  He regularly appears in the Lands Tribunal in relation to business tenancies legislation. In addition, Joe is experienced in liquor licensing matters acting for owners of off-licences, public houses, restaurants, hotels, conference centres and outdoor sports stadia.

He is qualified to act in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
