Nadine graduated from Queen’s University, Belfast in 2010 with a degree in Law with Politics and subsequently completed the LPC at the College of Law, Manchester in 2011. After working as a paralegal in a large firm in Manchester, Nadine joined Tughans as a paralegal in 2012 before completing her training contract and qualifying into the Dispute Resolution department in March 2015. Nadine is qualified to practice in both Northern Ireland and England & Wales. Nadine became a Partner in the firm’s Dispute Resolution team in July 2025.

Nadine specialises in commercial dispute resolution and has a wide range of experience in contentious matters including contractual disputes across various sectors, procurement disputes, judicial review, energy and regulatory disputes, property litigation, professional negligence, corporate and shareholder disputes, banking litigation, debt recovery, enforcement, and insolvency. Nadine has experience in acting on behalf of a variety of clients including utilities, public bodies, charities and local authorities as well as lenders, insolvency practitioners, financial institutions and many private entities and individuals.

Nadine has developed particular expertise over the years in property litigation as well as public and administrative law matters, contentious procurement, and disputes in regulated sectors, particularly energy.

Nadine is also a member of the Property Litigation Association.
